Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an IT Project Manager in Singapore to lead Agile projects across Consumer and Corporate Banking channels. You will coach teams, facilitate Scrum events, and partner with Product Owners to maximise value while removing blockers and enabling smooth delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in financial services, deep Scrum knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills for

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Project Management experience in the FI sector.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
• End-to-end understanding of Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value.
• Remove blockers and impediments to progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scale Agility within the bank.
• Foster a safe and trusting team environment.
