Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives, driving change and innovation within our banking landscape. You will partner with stakeholders to shape plans, coordinate teams, and deliver outcomes that align with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years in project management, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
