Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive complex Order Management and Execution initiatives on our wealth platform. You will lead agile teams, coordinate across IT and business units, and ensure delivery success through servant leadership and clear communication.

The role requires strong Agile and Scrum expertise, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to navigate fast‑paced environments while building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution and Delivery of complex Order Management & Execution projects in wealth platform.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate squad cadences for Agile squads; coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Analyze and improve team processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Weekly / Monthly reporting for squads and teams.
