Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, with 5+ years in project management in financial services. Strong analytics, communication, and agile expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 5 years of project management experience in banking/financial services.
Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
