Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks a VP, Production Support Engineer & SRE to own reliability and operational excellence of the Deal Process & Management platform. You will lead L2/L3 production support, set on‑call models, and drive proactive monitoring and incident management across time zones.

The role focuses on governance, release management, security posture, and collaboration with deal teams to ensure seamless, time‑critical investment workflows in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years in production/support or SRE with high‑availability, mission‑critical apps.
• Experience leading high‑severity incidents and implementing change/release governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 production support and SRE for the Deal Process & Management platform.
• Design and run the on-call, escalation paths, and SLOs for core services.
• Drive monitoring, incident response, RCA, and governance for releases.
• Collaborate with business sponsors and technology leaders to align priorities.
• Oversee security hygiene, DR planning, and vendor engagements.
