Qualifications

Extensive global production services/application support for mission-critical platforms.
Proven leadership in incident, problem, and change management in high-pressure environments.
Automation-first and AI-enabled mindset with tooling, observability, and process automation experience.
Strong ownership and execution focus from concept to delivery.
Deep technical operations across monitoring, resiliency, infrastructure, and cloud.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements across operating model, governance, risk and control frameworks.
Excellent collaboration with front office trading, business, operations and engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka and MQ; programming in Java and Python.
Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in IT across global markets or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes to reduce repeat issues and risks.
Own end-to-end initiatives and ensure outcomes are delivered with accountability, urgency, and quality.
Champion automation-first initiatives, leveraging AI, observability and tooling to reduce manual work.
Identify systemic issues and drive remediation through process simplification and platform improvements with engineering.
Provide Securities Finance domain leadership and governance for critical services.
Engage with business, engineering, operations and trading stakeholders with clear communication and transparency.
Improve service reliability, availability, and SLA performance for trading platforms.
Work with Windows/Linux, CI/CD, Kafka and MQ, and languages like Java and Python.
