GIC, a leading sovereign wealth fund, seeks a Lead, Production Support for the Deal Process & Management platform. You will own reliability, security, and operation excellence, driving incident response, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with Private Markets teams worldwide.

You will design monitoring, onboard on-call models, and build a capable team with innovative automation to improve efficiency and resilience across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in production/application support or Site Reliability Engineering, ideally supporting business-facing, workflow-driven, or transaction-lifecycle applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead L2/L3 production support and SRE for the Deal Process & Management platform, covering deal origination and pipeline, workflow and approvals, document management, deal data, and integrations with upstream and downstream investment and finance systems.
• Design and run the support operating model, including on-call rosters, escalation paths, follow-the-sun handovers, and service level objectives (SLOs).
• Identify skill gaps, drive cross-training and knowledge sharing, and contribute to hiring so the team scales with the platform.
• Define and oversee the environment monitoring strategy, leveraging enterprise observability tools and predictive dashboards to ensure high availability, capacity, and performance.
• Design and set up end-to-end monitoring and alerting for the platform, covering application and API health, workflow and approval queues, integrations and interfaces, batch jobs, and user experience.
• Lead high-severity incident response efforts; drive problem management and RCA to minimize disruption.
• Champion governance of application changes, patch deployments, and infrastructure upgrades with zero-downtime approaches.
• Drive security hygiene, vulnerability remediation, and compliance within production environments.
• Own disaster recovery and business continuity readiness, including regular DR testing.
• Coordinate incidents with Private Markets deal teams, investment professionals, and senior management across regions.
• Manage relationships with solution providers and SaaS/vendor support teams to resolve third-party issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Track and report operational KPIs to management and drive improvements.
• Maintain current runbooks, incident resolutions, known-error records, and system configuration docs.
