Job summary

SGX Group seeks a Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering to lead reliability across platforms and services. You will define SRE standards, govern SLOs/SLIs and incident response, and own availability and resilience decisions.

You will coach SRE managers and engineers, drive platform standardisation, and influence broader engineering teams to embed reliability by design in a fast-moving market infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in SRE principles including automation-first operations and observability-driven engineering.
• Experience shaping SRE operating models, defining SLOs/SLIs, and leading platform/architecture reviews.
• Track record strengthening resilience via incident response, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise SRE strategy for critical products, platforms, and services.
• Establish and govern SLO/SLI and error budget practices with evidence-based decisions.
• Own availability, recovery readiness, and service behavior under load and failure.
