Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a Vice President, Operations to lead enterprise transformation, driving efficiency, customer experience, and productivity gains. You will steer AI adoption, automation, and data-driven decision making across operations, with governance and tangible benefits realized through cross-functional collaboration.

You will report to senior leadership and influence stakeholders while shaping a high-performance operations culture with a strong focus on sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading large transformation programs and executive leadership.
• Proven track record with AI, automation, digital transformation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Operations Transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs and process redesigns.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, and benefits realization plans.
• Collaborate with leaders across business, technology, risk, and compliance.
