Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data & AI Programme Manager (VP) to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic data and AI initiatives across the group. You will drive cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, governance frameworks and operating model transformation.

You will establish programme governance, manage budgets and risks, and partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk and operations to realise measurable value for clients and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in programme management or transformation roles.
• Experience leading large enterprise-scale data/AI transformation programmes, preferably in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.
• Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.
• Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
