Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data & AI Programme Manager (VP) to lead delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group. The role covers end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, governance frameworks and business value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of programme management or transformation experience in technology or data.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.
• Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.
• Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
