Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an AI & Data Analyst within the Group Risk Management transformation team to apply AI and data to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to solve real banking problems using AI, data, analytics, and digital tools.

You will guide risk management on best practices for model selection, GenAI workloads, and benefit realisation while building scalable

Qualifications

Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
Ability to plan and manage the end-to-end execution of complex deliverables and timelines.
Experience in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and develop AI & data-driven solutions.
Bridge business stakeholders, technology teams, and data scientists to translate business challenges into AI, digital, and data solutions.
Promote awareness and understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and advanced analytics across Group Risk Management.
Influence business decisions through evidence-based recommendations and clear communication of insights.
Develop, deploy, and monitor AI and analytics solutions that support business and risk management priorities.
