DBS Asia Hub is seeking a technology leader to drive the Ecosystem Platform roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable microservices and cloud-native patterns. You will guide architectures, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards while delivering high-quality software in a Cloud/DevOps environment.

The role requires deep hands-on leadership in AWS, Java/Spring, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices, with experience in both onshore/offshore team models

Qualifications

• Design and build large scale applications with CI/CD and TDD.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway.
• Experience with Cloud Foundry Platform and Development and Deployment.
• Certification in AWS, Java, J2EE is a plus.
• Experience creating delivery capability and building teams with onshore/offshore balance.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 / SAML 2.0.

• Lead architecture and ensure high quality engineering practices across delivery teams.
• Direct architecture and development teams with hands-on guidance.
• Establish and evolve engineering practices to raise quality and velocity.
• Define standards, patterns, and blueprints for scalable software delivery.
