DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking a Senior Vice President, Engineering Lead to drive design, development and modernisation of mission-critical Core Banking platforms. You will shape architecture, governance, and delivery across banking domains, leading engineering squads and partnering with product and architecture teams.

The role demands hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, and robust performance engineering.

• Strong software engineering experience with Core Banking or large-scale transaction processing systems.
• Leadership in architecture and hands-on decision-making in technology direction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
