DBS is seeking a Senior Associate Application Developer in Singapore to lead the Ecosystem Platform roadmap and drive high-quality, scalable software delivery. The role requires deep expertise in Java/Spring, microservices, and AWS, with hands-on architectural leadership across CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with design/build of large scale applications in CI/CD, pair programming and TDD.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience with Cloud Foundry Platform and Deployment.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Ecosystem Platform roadmap capabilities.
• Collaborate with applications teams and architects to ensure high-quality development.
• Lead architecture and development teams with a hands-on approach.
• Establish engineering practices and create strategy/guidelines for world-class software delivery.
• Define and own software standards and methodologies, ensuring agile delivery.
• Project manage and allocate development capacity to scheduled tasks.
• Ensure implemented architectures follow agreed patterns across teams.
• Perform POCs and develop patterns and frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership during SDLC and gain team buy-in.
• Plan migration from on-prem to cloud-based AWS/VPC platform.
• Align solution architecture with enterprise roadmaps.
