Job summary
DBS is seeking a Senior Associate Application Developer in Singapore to lead the Ecosystem Platform roadmap and drive high-quality, scalable software delivery. The role requires deep expertise in Java/Spring, microservices, and AWS, with hands-on architectural leadership across CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications
- Experience with design/build of large scale applications in CI/CD, pair programming and TDD.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience with Cloud Foundry Platform and Deployment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Ecosystem Platform roadmap capabilities.
- Collaborate with applications teams and architects to ensure high-quality development.
- Lead architecture and development teams with a hands-on approach.
- Establish engineering practices and create strategy/guidelines for world-class software delivery.
- Define and own software standards and methodologies, ensuring agile delivery.
- Project manage and allocate development capacity to scheduled tasks.
- Ensure implemented architectures follow agreed patterns across teams.
- Perform POCs and develop patterns and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership during SDLC and gain team buy-in.
- Plan migration from on-prem to cloud-based AWS/VPC platform.
- Align solution architecture with enterprise roadmaps.
