Job summary

DBS Asia Hub is seeking an experienced Technology Architect to drive the Ecosystem Platform roadmap, collaborate with applications teams, and lead architecture and development teams with a hands-on approach.

You will establish engineering practices, define standards, and decompose monoliths into microservices and APIs for a Cloud/DevOps environment, including AWS and Cloud Foundry, with strong security and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years designing large-scale IAM/identity platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, pair programming and TDD.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and security.
• Familiarity with banking/payments regulatory constraints.
• Experience with microservices and API design.

Responsibilities

• Drive the build out of capabilities on the Ecosystem Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with applications teams and architects to raise engineering quality and value in delivery.
• Provide technical leadership during the SDLC and gain buy-in from development teams.
• Plan and manage migration from on-prem infrastructure to cloud-based platform (AWS).
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise roadmaps and security standards.
