Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager/Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale Risk and Finance technology initiatives in Singapore. You will plan, lead, and coordinate programs across risk, finance, data, and enterprise platforms, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Finance/Accounting/Business required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, incl 5+ years leading large technology programs in banking/FS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex technology programs across Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data and Enterprise platforms.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with business stakeholders; manage roadmaps and dependencies.
• Develop budgets, plans, schedules, and governance structures for program delivery.
• Coordinate across business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report status to senior management.
• Establish governance, controls, and transition to production support post-implementation.
• Lead steering committees and drive cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams.
