The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a VP, HRIS (System Security, Integration & Compliance Lead) to oversee HR technology governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance across APAC. You will partner with HR, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, and vendors to maintain a secure HR tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
5+ years in HRIT/HRIS, IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
Experience in user access governance, security reviews, and audit support.
Experience managing HR system integrations and vendor oversight.
Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain User Access Matrix for HR systems, aligning access with roles and duties.
Review access requests, changes, and removals per control procedures.
Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification; de-provision accounts as needed.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for approvals and remediation actions.
Review and ensure HR systems comply with security and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to address findings and enhancements.
Oversee HR system and data integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor compliance reviews.
Develop and maintain business continuity plans and contract management processes.
