Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a senior project manager to oversee global HR knowledge and AI-enabled solutions initiatives. You will lead planning, governance and cross-border execution, coordinating technology partners, vendors and HR teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include defining scope, milestones and dependencies, managing risks, and driving adoption through effective change management and communications across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification with 7-10 years of experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, governance and RAID control.
• Knowledge of change management, engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
• Strong global stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with HR transformation or HR technology programmes desirable.
• Exposure to HR knowledge management or AI-enabled solutions advantageous.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline and maintain integrated workstream plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution, monitor progress and quality, resolve delivery obstacles.
• Own governance, status reporting, forecasts and risk management.
• Coordinate internal teams, technology partners, vendors and consultants.
• Manage stakeholder expectations globally and facilitate governance forums.
• Identify change impacts and liaise with stakeholders for interventions.
• Oversee communications, engagement and training plans, readiness and adoption.
