Job summary

Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants seeks a Vice President, Development, Acquisition, & Growth (Hotels/Hospitality Real Estate) based in Thailand. Lead regional expansion, originating HMAs and hotel development deals across Southeast Asia, with emphasis on Vietnam and Thailand.

The role requires an established network among owners, developers and investors, and a track record of converting opportunities into signed agreements within a strategic, commercially driven development

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality business development and hotel deal origination.
Proven track record origination, negotiation and securing HMAs.
Established relationships with hotel owners, developers and investors in SEA.
Familiarity with Vietnam or Thailand markets and ownership structures.

Responsibilities

Lead hospitality development and growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.
Originate, negotiate, and secure Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related deals.
Build relationships with property owners, developers and investors in SEA, especially Vietnam and Thailand.
Identify opportunities aligned with the brand portfolio from economy to luxury.
Lead commercial negotiations and structure management agreements, leases and joint ventures.
Collaborate with finance, legal, operations and investment teams for viability and fit.
Manage opportunities from origination to due diligence, contract execution and handover.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into signed deals.
Monitor market developments and competitor activity in the region.
