Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Projects & Design – South East Asia to lead design, project management, and stakeholder collaboration across focus-service, full-service, and lifestyle hotels. You will manage timelines, coordinate owners and partners, ensure brand standards, and guide design direction from planning through opening.

Fluent English with Bahasa Indonesia is a plus; travel required; 10+ years of architecture/design and hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent hospitality design/PM experience.
• Minimum 10 years in architecture design, hospitality design and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lead change and collaborate with Owners, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Strategic planning with ability to prioritize and implement plans to meet goals.
• Proficient with AI prompting using Copilot and ChatGPT for design data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; understands software applications.
• Ability to estimate project duration and foresee risks with stakeholders.
• Capable of training subordinates and sharing policies and procedures.
• Financial management skills; monitor expenses and funding priorities.
• Willingness to travel; English fluency, Bahasa Indonesia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services guiding planning and design phase of projects.
• Support Owner timelines and construction progress for seamless handover.
• Steward brand standards and recommendations to meet them.
• Oversee construction activities and report findings to Owners and Senior Director.
• Improve final product and prepare waiver requests as needed.
• Solve design problems with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Hilton stakeholders.
• Implement efficient strategies to suit the organization.
• Plan meetings, site visits, and program deliverables with all parties.
