Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a senior branding leader for a 10-month contract in Singapore. Based in Tanjong Pagar, you will oversee the rollout of SGX Group’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment across units and markets, and drive internal advocacy for consistent brand adoption.

• Minimum degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• 8–12+ years in branding, marketing, change communications or related fields.
• Proven experience leading brand transformation or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms to develop outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the rollout and adoption of SGX Group's corporate brand strategy across business units and markets.
• Drive brand alignment, internal advocacy and stakeholder engagement for consistent brand adoption.
• Develop storytelling and communications to strengthen brand awareness and relevance.
• Co-lead AI initiatives within Marketing & Communications, driving AI adoption and governance.
• Identify generative AI opportunities and collaborate with Technology teams to implement AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Oversee brand governance and corporate identity standards across the organisation.
• Develop and enhance brand assets, templates and toolkits for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Manage external agencies and partners to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Support consistent brand experiences across physical and digital platforms.
