Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an AI enablement leader to drive GenAI strategy, governance, and enablement across the business. You will translate needs into scalable AI solutions, design workshops and playbooks, and collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, and Data teams to ensure responsible usage.

You will coordinate with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot and scaleAI initiatives, maintain assets, and report impact with measurable KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI enablement roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, model limitations, and evaluation approaches.
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI enablement programmes and governance with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions.
• Develop AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets (templates, checklists, model cards).
• Drive change management and communications to boost adoption and share success stories.
• Define and track KPIs (usage, productivity, risk) and report outcomes to leadership.
