Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced technology leader to drive AI-enabled transformations and enterprise deployments across multiple business units. You will partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable technical requirements and oversee cross-functional delivery from design to adoption.

The role requires strong experience in cloud, data, and AI technologies, plus proven ability to lead complex programs and manage external partners.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
5–8+ years in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise solutions.
Proven lead on enterprise-scale deployments and cross-functional teams.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and diverse groups.
Track record delivering data, cloud, AI or digital transformations.
Technical skills in cloud, APIs, and data platforms as listed.

Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Solution Discovery: identify challenges, define requirements, and set success metrics.
AI Solutions Leadership: lead end-to-end deployment of AI and enterprise applications.
Solution Architecture & Delivery: design scalable solutions aligned with architecture, security, and governance.
AI & Data Adoption: ensure data readiness, governance, and business adoption of AI solutions.
Change Management & Adoption: craft adoption plans and measure benefits realization.
Vendor & Partner Management: manage external partners and ensure alignment with standards.
