Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a Vice President to lead onboarding process assurance across Asia-Pacific within Payments, partnering with Global Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking onboarding teams to remove friction and improve client outcomes.

You will diagnose issues, define target-state processes with controls managers, drive governance, and strengthen audit readiness through documentation, evidence standards, and remediation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years in payments operations, client implementation, or related fields in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of payments products, end-to-end flows, and APAC banking landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise onboarding control gaps and translate into roadmap.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Operations to simplify workflows and improve cycle times.
• Map end-to-end processes, including handoffs and escalation paths across teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis on defects and exceptions to reduce repeats.
• Define requirements, success measures, and governance routines; track delivery.
• Own audit readiness: documentation standards, evidence packs, walkthroughs, remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups to align decisions and unblock blockers.
• Publish SOPs and playbooks; support rollout for region-wide adherence.
• Report progress, risks, outcomes, and next priorities to senior stakeholders.
