Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore is seeking an Associate in the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) operations team to enhance the client onboarding experience and provide comprehensive support across products and platforms.

You will address client inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvements while adhering to policies, KYC/AML requirements, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in client service and/or operations.
• Experience applying strategic planning principles in client operations.
• Experience implementing anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Proficiency using automation technologies to optimize service center operations.
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking including KYC, AML and regulatory requirements (HKMA and MAS).
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open-minded and willing to share information, knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client onboarding across products and platforms.
• Address client inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
• Process transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Conduct client due diligence and escalate AML risks per policy.
• Provide guidance to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Serve as main contact for bankers and manage expectations for cases.
• Facilitate queries within own area, including regulatory and compliance escalations.
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
