Job summary

Citco is seeking a Vice President, Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to lead automation initiatives across Private Assets operations, focusing on scalable workflow design and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with Operations, IT and Transformation Office to deliver end-to-end automation from opportunity to deployment, measuring benefits against the business case.

The role requires 8+ years in private assets accounting or operations, hands-on automation experience, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in private assets accounting or operations.
Hands-on experience with automation deployment, workflow design, and process improvement.
Strong knowledge of private assets processes and where manual effort sits.
Familiarity with automation and workflow tooling and a practical view of AI applicability.
Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Identify processes suitable for automation or AI and quantify the opportunity.
Design target workflow including exception handling and controls.
Write and agree requirements with IT and Transformation Office and support build.
Plan and execute testing, including UAT, and manage defects through sign-off.
Deploy solutions and ensure they are used as intended in business.
Measure and report realized benefits against the original business case.
Collaborate with Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions and Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement teams.
Produce project documentation, status reporting and ad hoc analysis.
