Citco is seeking an Assistant Vice President to drive operating model and product delivery within Private Assets. You will lead analysis, testing and implementation tasks, shaping target state processes and controls across client solutions.

The role demands 4+ years of private assets accounting/operations, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. You’ll collaborate with technology partners, business teams and clients to ensure seamless transitions and robust solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years' experience in private assets accounting or operations in funds administration.
• Strong knowledge of private assets processes: general ledger, capital activity, fee calculations, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Exposure to process improvement, testing or project work.
• Comfortable engaging both operations and technology partners.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reporting or automation tools a plus.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics; professional designation a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Map current state processes and gather data.
• Design target state processes and controls.
• Draft business requirements for IT and Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT cycles and track defects.
• Document client-specific processes and differentiate from standard model.
• Prepare analysis and materials to support client pitches and solutions.
• Support onboarding and transitions on accounting platforms.
• Maintain reuse inventory of built components.
• Prepare training material and support go-live.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
