Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President, Technology, Data & Delivery to lead the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI areas. You will set priorities for a technology-enabled change agenda within Private Assets and own the end-to-end delivery discipline across the three focus areas.

You will oversee business analysis, requirements, testing standards, cutover planning and benefits realization, partnering with IT and Transformation Office to ensure

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in fund administration or related financial services with technology-enabled change.
• Experience delivering large-scale tech/data/platform initiatives in financial services.
• Strong understanding of private assets processes and platform estate.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and challenge designs.
• Experience in automation, digital workflow and AI initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Delivery governance experience including testing strategy, cutover planning and benefits realization.
• Leadership experience supervising professionals including rotational colleagues.
• Strong business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; professional designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas, setting priorities for technology-enabled change in Private Assets.
• Lead business analysis and implementation discipline across all focus areas, including requirements, testing, cutover and benefits tracking.
• Define Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office and manage build–test–deploy lifecycle.
• Sponsor automation and AI initiatives from idea to deployment and measurable benefits.
• Own data, reporting and platform roadmap from an Operations perspective, including data quality and lineage.
• Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness and post-implementation review.
• Develop the team, including rotational colleagues, and participate in recruitment.
• Collaborate with Tactical and Marquee Operations to share solutions across teams.
