Job summary

Citco is seeking a Vice President to lead Digital Workflow, Automation & AI initiatives across its global private asset services. You will identify automation opportunities, design target workflows, and drive deployment with IT and Transformation Office support.

You will manage testing, adoption, and benefit measurement while coordinating with operations, data, and technology teams to scale solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation deployment or process improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and quantify benefits.
• Design target workflow and controls around it.
• Define requirements with IT and Transformation Office and support build.
• Plan and execute testing including UAT and defect resolution.
• Deploy solutions and ensure adoption across the business.
• Measure realised benefits against the original business case.
