Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in fund administration, alternative asset management or related financial services.
• Proven record delivering large-scale technology, data or platform initiatives with adoption.
• Strong understanding of private assets processes and platform estate.
• Credibility with technology partners to translate operational need into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow focus areas, setting priorities for tech-enabled change.
• Lead business analysis and implementation across focus areas, including requirements, testing and benefits tracking.
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and the Transformation Office and manage build-test-deploy.
• Sponsor automation and AI opportunities from identification to deployment and benefits.
• Own data, reporting and platform roadmap including data quality and lineage.
• Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management and post-implementation review.
• Recruit and develop the team, including rotational colleagues, and partner with other ops teams.
