Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets. You will define requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, coordinating across Operations, IT and Data Services to deliver scalable data solutions and governance.

You will drive data quality, reporting standards, and reusable data products, while mentoring rotational colleagues and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation a plus.
• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda with IT and the Transformation Office, delivering alongside them.
• Set out Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office, then deliver alongside them.
• Lead platform enablement work—ensuring platform change is specified, tested and adopted with Operations in the room throughout.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products rather than one-off extracts.
• Provide the data and evidence base that other focus areas rely on to quantify a problem and measure a benefit.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotational colleagues joining from the business.
• Report on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation to the relevant leader and senior stakeholders.
