Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced AI governance professional to lead risk assessments and establish governance across AI initiatives. You will coordinate with risk, compliance and technology teams to ensure responsible AI deployment and regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Gen AI, Agentic AI concepts, and strong stakeholder communication to implement robust guardrails and maintain audit-ready governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of AI governance, model risk management, or related field.
• Experience with Gen AI or Agentic AI guardrails.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance reviews and risk assessments for AI use cases.
• Manage AI inventory, documentation, and evidence for audits.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
• Monitor evolving AI regulations and industry practices.
• Support governance Council and Working Group secretariats.
