Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Data & AI Programme Manager (VP) to lead delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the group. You will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programs spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management and governance frameworks.

Role requires experience in enterprise-scale transformations within banking or financial services, and strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains.
• Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting.
• Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
