Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead AI governance and model risk management within Group Risk Management. You will collaborate with business, technology and risk stakeholders to ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

You will monitor evolving AI regulations, perform risk & materiality assessments, and support governance actions across the AI lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in AI governance, model risk management, or related fields.
• Familiar with AI/GenAI concepts and risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting governance committees and secretariat functions (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Support AI governance across the Group with stakeholders across business, technology and risk.
• Monitor AI regulations and contribute to governance standards.
• Coordinate governance reviews, risk assessments, and FEAT validation.
• Provide subject matter advice on risk and materiality of models and AI use cases.
• Assist in training and capacity building on model risk and AI governance.
