Job summary

Singapore Red Cross Society seeks a proactive Project Coordinator (Engagement) to support the HoME+ program within the Community Services Department. You will coordinate with partners, recruit and train volunteers, and assist with program activations and device management in clients’ homes.

The role emphasizes strong administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work with volunteers and community partners to deliver eldercare monitoring services.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma from a recognised institution.
• Experience in a similar or related role and/or working with volunteers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in Support role for HoME+ coordination and activation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective coordination.
• Support partnership development with existing and potential partners.
• Assist in volunteer recruitment, training and engagement activities.
• Attend to HoME+ activation and respond to requests promptly.
• Manage installation, uninstallation and maintenance of HoME+ devices in clients’ homes.
• Participate in department and society events or activities.
• Handle general administrative duties as assigned.
