SASCO Senior Citizens' Home in Singapore seeks a Community Engagement Officer to coordinate volunteers and stakeholders across our sheltered home, senior care centres, active ageing centres, and community settings. You will plan and run senior-focused events, support the Community Engagement department with ad-hoc tasks, and contribute to active ageing initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Evening and weekend availability is required, with duties primarily Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm at Choa

Qualificações

• University degree required.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively with volunteers and community leaders.
• Must be able to work on weekday evenings and weekends.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in volunteer/stakeholder management or in the social service/eldercare sector.

Responsabilidades

• Support the department's operations in coordinating programmes and events with volunteers, community partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community engagement and collaboration activities.
• Plan and execute volunteer-initiated events and programmes.
• Support the department's purchase requisitions and financial requirements through the financial procurement system.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
