Job summary

PAP Community Foundation in Singapore seeks a dedicated coordinator to support the Centre Supervisor and Executive at Active Ageing Centres. You will engage elderly residents, organise social activities, and help extend programs to home-based or offsite settings.

You will work with volunteers, arrange activities, and ensure strong customer service to seniors and community partners. Evening/weekend work may be required to meet community needs and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level qualifications.
• Experience in eldercare or befriending services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Supervisor and Executive in day-to-day execution of activities.
• Engage elderly residents and encourage participation in activities.
• Organize social activities and outings at the Active Ageing Centre.
• Co-plan and support home-based or offsite programs across five domains (Physical, Cognitive, Social, Volunteerism, Learning).
• Engage and support volunteers for programs and activities.
• Source suitable locations for activities and programs.
• Deliver high level of customer service and engagement with seniors and partners.
• Attend to Centre hotline and walk-ins when Admin Assistant is away.
• Support outreach and contact seniors within the Centre's service cluster at least once annually.
• Collect and compile data for KPI submission weekly or monthly.
