NXGEN is a leading infocommunications solutions provider seeking a Developer to lead technical requirements during project implementation. You will schedule, plan, forecast, and allocate resources to ensure project accuracy from conception through to completion.

The role covers installation, maintenance, and management of ICT and unified communications in contact centre environments, with on-site support, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable services for enterprise

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or related professional certification.
• Minimum two years experience working in voice solutions.
• Understanding of VoIP, contact centre and unified communications environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage project stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network.
• Installation, maintenance, and management of ICT solutions in contact centre and unified communications settings.
• Operations and Maintenance Services for Telephony Systems, Unified Communications and Contact Centre Solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email or onsite.
• Provide maintenance support to clients.
• Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same.
• Ensure all required project documentation are performed accordingly.

As a contact centre and unified communications for enterprise and contact centre telecommunications, the Developer is responsible for all technical requirements during project implementation. This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

• Installation, maintenance, and management of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions in contact centre (CC) and unified communication (UC) settings.
• Operations and Maintenance Services for Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email or onsite.
• Provide maintenance support to clients.
• Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in related field.

• Understanding in VoIP, Contact Centre and Unified Communication environment will be added advantage.
• Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required
