Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Voice Engineer with strong CUCM, Teams Phone and Webex cloud-connected calling experience to design, deploy and support regional voice solutions. You will configure SBCs, SIP routing and integrate with IPC Unigy, Avaya and NICE Recording while guiding projects and ensuring compliant delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in IT, hands-on Cisco UC expertise and collaboration with vendors to drive voice initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years IT experience, preferably in financial services.
• Solid Cisco voice/UC background, with CUCM proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone/Direct Routing.
• Knowledge of Cisco Webex cloud-connected calling solutions.
• Familiarity with SIP, SBCs and PSTN integration.
• Exposure to IPC Unigy, Avaya and NICE Recording is a plus.

We are looking for a Voice Engineer with experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco Webex cloud-connected calling solutions. The role supports regional voice architecture, engineering and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams Phone/Direct Routing and Cisco Webex solutions.
• Configure SBC connectivity, SIP routing, PSTN integration and voice routing policies.
• Integrate voice platforms with IPC Unigy, Avaya PBX, NICE Recording and video solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex voice and telephony issues.
• Provide technical guidance on voice architecture, design and implementation.
• Work with internal teams, project managers and external vendors to deliver voice projects.
• Ensure solutions meet business, technical and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of IT experience, ideally within financial services.
• Strong Cisco voice/UC experience, particularly CUCM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Webex cloud-connected solutions.
• Experience with SIP, SBCs, PSTN integration and enterprise telephony.
• Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Avaya and NICE Recording would be advantageous.
• Experience with trading floor and telecommunications environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
• IT degree, relevant certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
