Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Voice Engineer to design, deploy and support CUCM, Teams Phone/Direct Routing and Webex voice solutions. The role supports regional voice architecture and project delivery in a financial services context.

The candidate will configure SBCs, SIP routing and PSTN integration, and will integrate with IPC Unigy, Avaya PBX and NICE Recording. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT experience, ideally within financial services.
• Strong Cisco voice/UC experience, particularly CUCM.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Webex cloud-connected solutions.
• Experience with SIP, SBCs, PSTN integration and enterprise telephony.
• Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Avaya and NICE Recording would be advantageous.
