Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Network Support professional to join our Voice Access operations in Singapore. You will troubleshoot, diagnose faults, and support network upgrades to ensure reliability and business objectives are met.

Ideal candidates have a NITEC or Diploma, Linux administration knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. CCNA is an advantage. Join us to contribute to resilient telecom services and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

NITEC / Diploma required.
CCNA certification is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide support and troubleshoot Voice Access network infrastructure to meet objectives and reliability targets.
Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities; support project implementation and network upgrades.
Collaborate with Transmission and cross-functional teams to resolve network issues promptly.
Handle 24x7 BAU requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met.
Maintain and administer telecommunications and IT equipment for optimal performance.
Participate in standby and on-call duties, including after-hours activations.
Maintain operational documentation and adhere to processes and procedures.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
