Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Network Support professional to join our Voice Access operations in Singapore. You will troubleshoot, diagnose faults, and support network upgrades to ensure reliability and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma required.
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshoot Voice Access network infrastructure to meet objectives and reliability targets.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities; support project implementation and network upgrades.
• Collaborate with Transmission and cross-functional teams to resolve network issues promptly.
• Handle 24x7 BAU requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Maintain and administer telecommunications and IT equipment for optimal performance.
• Participate in standby and on-call duties, including after-hours activations.
• Maintain operational documentation and adhere to processes and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Participate in standby and on-call duties, including responding to after-hours activations and critical incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation and adhere to established processes and procedures.
• Perform any other duties and assignments as assigned by the Manager.
