Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Visual Merchandising Assistant for the South-East Asia market (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia). You will support the VM Manager SEA to uphold the Maison's visual merchandising standards across boutiques and campaigns in Singapore and the region.

You will collaborate with Retail, Marcom, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to ensure consistency and excellence. You will coordinate props, displays and window kits, support window animation projects, and help

Qualifications

First experience in retail with visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Ensure visual merchandising standards meet Maison standards (monthly campaign changes, boutique display updates).
Operate online validation system (Yoobic) to review boutique showcases.
Place props and window kits; arrange display and back-of-house props.
Regularly check in-store displays and props for condition, quantity and arrangement.
Assist in window animation kits and floral coordination with a florist.
Coordinate with Regional and vendor teams; HQ validations for special animations.
Create visual merchandising reports to track boutique showcases and updates.
Train staff on VM guidelines and updates; coordinate team calendars and meetings.
Assist in special events and pop-up preparations; support other functions.
Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, PO generation, and invoice processing.
Coordinate and manage ad-hoc duties as assigned.
