Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Retail Assistant to support SEA boutiques in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. You will aid retail openings, client services, and tool deployments, coordinating with Regional and boutique teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• First experience in the retail industry.

• Able to collaborate cross-department and with varied stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support retail opening projects and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Assist Retail Operations and Client Service (After-Sales) projects across the Maison.
• Support deployment of tools and initiatives in boutiques and provide local assistance to teams.
• Coordinate with the Retail Operations Manager and Boutique BOH on operational topics.
• Plan, order, and allocate PLV, F&B, and printing materials with regional/boutique teams.
• Manage admin tasks: vendor creation/extension, PO creation, invoice processing, reporting.
• Coordinate team calendars and meeting arrangements.
• Support incentive planning and track deadlines and deliverables.
