Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a front-line team member at Napier/Botanic Garden MRT to provide friendly customer service, greet visitors and respond to queries with professionalism. You will perform roving duties around the gardens, assist with visitor information and crowd management, and promptly report safety issues to Supervisors.

Working nights, 7:30pm–7:30am, four days per week; minimum GCE O Level/NITEC; 1 year in customer service is a plus; basic salary about $2000 plus incentives and biannual

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous.
• Enjoy working with the general public in outdoor environments.
• Hospitality/tourism/attractions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and provide visitor information.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure safety of visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery where necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30pm to 7.30am/4 Days per week


• Basic Salary: $2000 + Allowance + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)


• Performance Bonus every 6 months!!!

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent


• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous


• Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment


• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred


• Comfortable to handle different on ground situations
