Job summary

Antares Management Services is seeking event staff for a full‑time contract/part‑time role at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. The position runs from December 2026 to July 2027, requiring welcoming visitors, guiding them through interactive zones, handling tickets, and maintaining smooth crowds and safety throughout busy exhibition periods.

Ideal candidates are friendly, patient, and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Monitor assigned areas and ensure safety and operational guidelines.
• Escalate complaints, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
• Attend training and daily operational briefings.
• Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication skills with a patient and calm manner.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and working in busy environments.
• Willing to work weekends/PH.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience is a plus.
• Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions is advantageous.
• Training provided.

Availability

• Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period.
• Part-time applicants must be able to commit to at least three days per week, including at least one weekend.
• All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
