Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a guest services professional to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. You will manage check-in/out, process payments and invoices, and maintain accurate billing while following hotel policies and safeguarding guest information.

The role supports a 5-day work week with rotating shifts (8 hours per day) and includes a performance bonus and corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred; training provided.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and handle payments accurately.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
• Managing check-in / check-out for guest.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Any other ad hoc support tasks for workplace operation.
