Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist visitors’ queries.
• Perform roving duties around the gardens.
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the safety of visitors and assist with crowd management.
• Identify and report safety lapses to Supervisors.
• Perform service recovery when necessary.

Job description

• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30pm to 7.30am / 4 days work, 2 days off
• Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives) + Shift Allowance
• PTs are welcome at up to $12/hr!!!

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
• Perform service recovery where necessary
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
• Enjoy working with the general public at an outdoor environment
• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
• Good communication skills and good command of English
