Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced VP, Group Strategy & Transformation to shape the bank's strategic agenda and oversee complex transformation initiatives across the region. The role blends strategic analysis with program delivery in a hybrid setting in the Central Region.

You will develop strategic viewpoints, lead cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and participate in management committees while driving capability development within the GSAT team.

Qualifications

• Consulting background with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in research (quantitative/qualitative) and in driving strategy projects.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly with C-suite.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic point of view and formalize strategy papers (analyst, stream lead, or project manager).
• Support transformation program delivery in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Participate in key management committees, tracking items for follow-up.
• Contribute to team development (recruitment, knowledge development, training, etc.).
